Details about the group:

DBT teaches four sets of skills: mindfulness; distress tolerance; interpersonal effectiveness; and emotion regulation. These skills are well-suited for the times we are living in right now.

Dates/Time: 4 Saturday mornings. Starts May 16th, 9:30-10:45am

Fee: $20 per session ($80 total)

Number of participants:  5-7
