Nope_Front.jpg

We believe to live into your fullest yes, you must learn the art and practice of no. 'Nope.' is a five week experiential group designed to help you confront your fears of saying no and cultivate mindful practices that help you discover the power of a clear yes.

Starts Monday, October 16, 2017

Meets Every Monday for 5 Weeks

6:30-8 PM in our Highland Park office

Participants will learn:

  • Skills to help them navigate and thrive within all their relationships, including and most importantly: relationship to self.
  • How to identify natural proactive responses and employ those responses via healthy boundaries and assertive communication.

Sessions will be devoted to developing a practice of integrating mind, body, and spirit through self-care, mindfulness, and ritual. Each session will combine a psycho-educational component along with facilitated experiential exercises and group processing. Further individual reflection will be encouraged through journal prompts to enliven the themes of the week.

Led by Lauren Ziel, ASW #76483 and Taz Morgan, MFT Intern #99714. Lauren and Taz are supervised by Dr. Vanessa Spooner, PSY #24942.
